Cancellation Policy:
An order may be cancelled by contacting us at customerservice@jnfkaraoke.com right up until the item has shipped from the warehouse. Most items ship within 3 business days.
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping Policies
- Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Actual time may vary dependant on time of year and weather factors. Customers should expect upt to 7 days lead time.
- Orders shipping outside the Lower 48 States to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air services. Additional shipping charges will apply.
- Orders shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and US territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.) can only ship USPS Priority Mail (3-6 business days). NOTE: Boxes over 70 lbs each cannot be shipped to these locations.
- We are not able to ship Yamaha products to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.
- Most orders under one pound are shipped by first class mail.
- If in-stock items on the order have already shipped, back order items will be sent UPS Ground.

- As a security precaution, initial orders, and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification.
Standard Shipping
Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping will arrive in just 2-5 business days after shipment. No delivery on weekends. (For Saturday deliver see Overnight and 2-Day Shipping below.)
Standard Shipping rates determined by Sub Total of merchandise:
- $0.01 to $50.00 ONLY $5.95
- $50.01 to $75.00 ONLY $7.95
- $75.01 to $98.99 ONLY $8.95
- $99.00 and over is FREE*
Free Shipping
- Large packages may require additional shipping charge, see product description page or shopping cart.
- Valid on most shipments to Lower 48 states.
- Not valid on orders shipping to Post Office Boxes.
- Purchase orders do not qualify for free shipping.
- Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses limited to 70 lbs. per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
- Rates determined by weight and zone. To see shipping estimate, add product(s) to shopping cart, enter zip code, then click Estimate. Large packages may require additional shipping charge, see product description page or shopping cart.
- All delivery times listed are measured in business days. For example, an Overnight order placed Friday should arrive on the following Monday.
- Saturday delivery is available for a $30 fee in addition to the Overnight or 2-Day rate calculated by the weight of the order. The Saturday delivery option is limited to areas where FedEx provides this service and excludes heavy items. In addition, orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 5 p.m. Eastern Time on the preceding Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, please place your order by phone.
Shipping Methods. Most items will be shipped via UPS ground service. Also, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Refund/Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@jnfkaraoke.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
